Electronic Fiberglass Cloth Styles
Seven standard electronic grade styles, from 0.05 mm ultra-thin to 0.20 mm heavyweight. All styles are woven at 1270 +10/-0 mm width. Full mechanical and electrical data sheets are available on request.

All styles are supplied at 1270 +10/-0 mm width. Values are typical; tolerance bands are stated on the individual data sheet for each style.
Match the cloth to the process
Three practical questions usually settle the choice: how thick the finished board must be, how many layers you are building, and what mechanical strength the application needs.
Heavy styles — 7667, 7630, 7628M/L
For rigid single-sided and double-sided CCL, and for industrial laminates where mechanical strength matters more than thinness. 7628M is the most widely ordered grade in this group.
Thin styles — 1506, 2116
For multilayer prepreg builds where total board thickness has to be controlled. Density is higher, so resin pick-up and dielectric spacing behave more predictably.
Ultra-thin — 1080
At 0.05 mm and 48 g/m² this is the thinnest style we weave. It is used in HDI and high layer count designs where every micron of thickness counts.
