Questions Buyers Ask
The practical questions that come up most often when sourcing electronic grade fiberglass cloth. If yours is not here, send it and we will answer directly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the style and whether the cloth is a standard grade or a custom specification. For standard styles we are flexible on the first order so you can test the material in your own process before committing to volume. Tell us the style and quantity you have in mind and we will confirm.
Can you supply samples before we order?
Yes. For most styles we can supply a sample roll or a cut sample so your lamination and test process can be run on the actual material. Samples are the only reliable way to confirm that a cloth behaves the way your process needs.
How long does production and delivery take?
Lead time depends on the style, the quantity and whether the specification is standard. Once we know your requirement we will give you a production schedule together with the shipping arrangement from China to your destination port.
Do you publish prices?
No. Electronic cloth is quoted against style, quantity, specification tolerance and destination, so a fixed published price would be misleading. Send us the requirement and we will quote properly.
Can you produce a custom weight, width or weave?
In many cases yes. Because yarn drawing, weaving and coating are all in-house, adjusting a specification does not require bringing in a third party. Width, roll length, area weight, density and coating grade can all be discussed.
What test data can you provide?
Area weight, thickness, warp and weft density, tensile strength and organic content are measured per production lot. Test data for a specific style and batch can be provided on request. Independent third-party testing can also be arranged if your qualification process requires it.
How is the cloth packed for export?
Rolls are packed for sea freight with moisture protection and clear labelling showing style, lot and dimensions. Packing is sized to container loading, and we can adjust to your destination or warehouse requirements.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Fiberglass production has taken place at our Anping County facility in Hebei since 1985, covering 67,000 m² with yarn drawing, weaving and coating all carried out in house.
Which payment and shipping terms do you work on?
Terms are agreed per order and can be discussed once we know the destination and volume. Tell us your preferred arrangement and we will work with it where possible.
