GuangSou builds electronic grade fiberglass cloth in Anping County, Hebei Province — from raw yarn to finished roll, under one roof.
Four decades in one material
We began in 1985 as a fiberglass weaver in Anping County, a region known in China for wire mesh and glass fiber production. Over the decades we added yarn drawing, high-temperature finishing and coating, gradually becoming a fully integrated manufacturer rather than an assembler of other people’s materials.
Today the facility covers 67,000 m² with around 50 fiberglass yarn production lines, employing some 1,100 people. Electronic grade cloth — the material used inside copper clad laminate and PCB prepreg — is where our process control matters most, and it is where we concentrate our quality effort.
From sand to specification
Vertical integration is not a marketing phrase for us — it is the reason our tolerances hold.
Yarn Drawing
Molten glass is drawn into continuous filament yarn in our own furnaces. Yarn tex and filament diameter are set here — the foundation of every downstream property.
Weaving
Yarn is woven into cloth on our looms, with warp and weft density controlled per style. G75, G68, E225 and D450 yarns are all run in house.
Heat Cleaning
Fabric is heat cleaned to remove sizing and organic content, bringing loss on ignition into the range the laminate process requires.
Finishing & Packing
Surface treatment and coating are applied where specified, then rolls are inspected, labelled and packed for sea freight.
Straight answers, measured in numbers
Buyers of electronic cloth are not shopping for the cheapest roll. They are protecting a lamination process that has been tuned over years. So we work the way that buyer needs:
- Specifications before sales talk. We send the data sheet first and let you judge fit.
- Samples for real testing. Where useful, a sample roll goes out so you can run it on your own line before committing.
- Batch traceability. Every roll is traceable to a production lot, so a question about a delivery can be answered.
- Direct technical contact. Specification questions are answered by the people who set the loom, not a call centre.
