GuangSou has been manufacturing fiberglass products in Anping County, Hebei Province since 1985. Our integrated facility covers 67,000 m² and employs 1,100 people, with fiberglass yarn production, weaving and high-temperature coating all carried out in house.
That vertical integration is what makes consistent electronic grade cloth possible. Because we draw our own yarn and control the loom settings ourselves, we can hold the tight tolerances that CCL and PCB production demands — and we can adjust a specification when your process requires it.
Seven standard electronic cloth styles
Width 1270 +10/-0 mm for every style. Full mechanical and electrical specifications are available on request.
Where our cloth goes
Copper Clad Laminate
Base fabric for rigid CCL used in single-sided and double-sided boards. Styles 7628M, 7628L and 7630 are the standard choices.
Multilayer PCB
Prepreg reinforcement for multilayer boards. Thin styles 2116, 1506 and 1080 help control thickness and dielectric spacing.
HDI & High Layer Count
Ultra-thin 1080 supports fine-line HDI designs and high layer counts where overall board thickness is critical.
Industrial Laminates
Heavier styles 7667 and 7630 for mechanical strength in industrial and electrical insulation laminates.

Controlled from yarn to roll
Yarn drawing, weaving and coating all happen under one roof — so a specification change on your side does not mean chasing three suppliers.
Batch-to-batch consistency
Area weight, thickness and density tolerances are held tightly on every production run, which is what keeps your lamination process stable.
Custom specifications
Width, roll length, area weight, weave and coating grade can be discussed against your application and market requirements.
Export-ready packing
Rolls are packed for sea freight with moisture protection and clear labelling, sized to container loading and destination requirements.
What we measure on every batch
Electronic cloth is judged on numbers, not appearance. Each production lot is checked against the specification before it is packed:
- Area weight and thickness, measured against the tolerance band
- Warp and weft density (ends per inch)
- Warp and weft tensile strength (N/25 mm)
- Organic content (% loss on ignition)
- Bow weft, fray width, joint count and minimum splice length
Test reports for a specific style and batch can be provided on request.
